You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uverovora, HONGKONG KFZ TRADING LIMITED, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property protection.
